Cancellation policy

Standard double rooms (comfort and patio)

• Between 7 and 0 days before arrival: 100% of the nights that are not re-let.

Suites, family rooms (superior, junior suite and apartment suites) and groups of 3 rooms or more

• Between 14 and 8 days before arrival: 50% of the nights that are not re-let.
• Between 7 and 0 days before arrival: 100% of the nights that are not re-let.

Deposit

By providing your credit card details, you allow Hotel Nelson to pre-authorise a deposit of at least 1 night on your card 10 days before arrival. For stays of 3 nights or more, the deposit is 30% of the total amount for the nights.

How to cancel

A cancellation is only valid once we have received your written request (in the body of the email, not as an attachment) and you have received our confirmation of the cancellation.
