1. Privacy policy
What data do we process?
We only process the data you give us yourself, for example through a form, by email or by phone:
- first and last name
- email address and phone number
- postal address (for example to send a gift voucher)
- whatever you tell us in your message
When you book a room, this happens in the Cubilis booking engine, which processes your data on our behalf.
What do we use it for?
- to handle your booking, request or order;
- to call or email you when needed;
- to send you our newsletter, only if you sign up for it. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Children
We do not want to collect data from visitors under 16 without the consent of a parent or guardian.
How long do we keep it?
No longer than needed for the purpose you gave it for, or as long as the law requires (for example for accounting).
Sharing with third parties
We never sell your data. We only share it with partners we need to deliver our services, such as the booking engine (Cubilis) and our hosting partner, with whom we have agreements on security and confidentiality.
Your rights
- You may view, correct or delete your data.
- You may withdraw your consent or object to the processing.
- You may ask us to send your data to you or to another organisation.
Send your request to [email protected]. We reply within four weeks. You can also file a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
Security
We take appropriate measures against misuse, loss and unauthorised access. If you think something is wrong, please let us know straight away.
2. Cookie policy
This website does not set any tracking cookies itself and uses no analytics or advertising cookies. Only what is needed to run the site is stored locally in your browser (for example your language choice).
Some parts come from other parties, who may see technical data such as your IP address:
- Adobe Fonts for the site’s typefaces;
- Google Maps for the map, only when you open it;
- Cubilis when you click through to book;
- Restotailor for the table booking module of Restaurant l’Étage.
You can always refuse or delete cookies in your browser settings.
Changes
If we change this policy, you will always find the latest version on this page.
