What are the check-in and check-out times?
Double rooms: check-in from 3 pm, check-out by 11 am. Luxury rooms and suites: check-in from 4 pm, check-out by noon. Early check-in or late check-out is possible on request, subject to availability.
Is there free Wi-Fi?
Yes, free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel for all our guests.
Can I park at the hotel?
Yes, we have a limited number of private parking spaces. They must be booked in advance and are charged (keys at reception). Alternatively, use the green zone around both hotels: you only pay at weekends and during school holidays.
Are pets welcome?
Pets are welcome on request. Please let us know in advance. A supplement of € 18 applies.
Does the hotel have a restaurant or bar?
Yes. At restaurant l’Étage you can enjoy our generous breakfast buffet, lunch and dinner. In the lounge with its open fire and on the rooftop you can enjoy a drink or a cocktail.
Are there family rooms and facilities for children?
Certainly. We have family rooms and provide a cot and high chair on request.
Is the hotel wheelchair accessible?
The hotel is wheelchair accessible, but the rooms are not adapted. Feel free to contact us and we will see together what suits you best.
